Justin is unique in that he has all the professional skills of a good realtor (local knowledge of the housing market, expert knowledge of all the complicated steps required throughout the whole process of selling a home, excellent rapport with all the people involved in a sale, and superb negotiation skills) but it’s his personality, his willingness to work hard, his commitment and enthusiasm, as well as his ability to motivate others (including myself) that set him apart—above and beyond any other realtor! Let me give you a few examples. When we contacted Justin, he came to the house immediately. There was so much that needed to be done--house and four-car garage full of things, repairs needed, cleaning, landscaping—it seemed impossible! But not to Justin--he immediately set up a timeline for everything—garage sale, inspections, repairs, cleaning, open house, etc.—and then made it happen! He advertised the garage sale, volunteered himself and recruited others to help prepare for and conduct the activity—and was at the house almost every day, taking care of things that needed to be done. (Sometimes he did the work himself!) He kept us informed all along the way, getting our approval if needed, and made things move very quickly. Because of his active involvement with the house, he had offers even before it was officially on the market. However, when the house was placed on the MLS, he had many more. Getting a home ready for sale can be quite expensive and time-consuming and this was where Justin was outstanding. He saved us a great deal of money and time. Not only is he very practical, but because of his good relationships with vendors and other resources, he is able to recommend or even contact these sources himself so you know that you’re getting the best service for the best price with minimal waiting time. Talk about negotiation skills! There were all kinds of things that could have kept this sale from happening—pending contingency sale, appraisal, loan approval, inspection—but Justin smoothly but diligently took care of all of them. I am an old-fashioned type. All this technology can at times make my head spin. Justin took his time to slow things down for me despite it being much easier for him to do things the way that most people in this modern world expect them to be done. I am very satisfied with the level of service that he is giving me. We have looked at many homes now and he has not pressured me to buy any of them. I am looking for a home in a particular area with a fixed budget in mind. This isn't my starter home, so, I am very particular in what I want.
